| Our History |
Our unique award-winning firm was founded in 1980 by Kerry Levin, AIA, to
produce high-quality, innovative residential and commercial Design. In response to our client's demand for
more efficient and cost-effective project delivery, we added Construction Management and General Contracting services in 1984. In 1986, we began providing Property Management services to maintain our increasing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Responding to our client's desire for "one-stop services," we began providing Real Estate Development and Brokerage services in 1989. Today, we combine the talents of our diverse staff to produce the most comprehensive building services available. From an interior renovation to an entire downtown, our purpose is evident in every facet of our work. |
